Fashion Week is back! Declared Organiser Richard Young as he was preparing for the climax of what would have been a week of over subscribed events at a series of venues including the Hyatt Regency Hotel and O2 Park.

I therefore had to attend the finale that featured some 28 designers including from St Vincent and the Grenadines, Guyana and St Lucia.

On the night addressing the gathering, Founder and Director of the organising O2N Foundation, Miss Trinidad and Tobago Universe 1999, Nicole Dyer-Griffith described Richard as an evangelist of the Caribbean aesthetic, a title well deserved.
